The terms that govern your use of the FuturOne agent platform, operated by Future Intelligence LLC.

By accessing or using the FuturOne agent platform, the API at api.futurmix.one, or the futurmix.one website (together, the "Service"), operated by Future Intelligence LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to the organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Enterprise customers with a signed master services agreement or order form are governed by that agreement where it conflicts with these Terms.
FuturOne provides an AI agent platform on which autonomous agents complete multi-step enterprise workflows across four domains: coding, strategy and reasoning, content production, and research. The Service includes workflow orchestration, the dashboard, the API and SDKs, usage analytics, and related capabilities. FuturOne is not an API gateway, model proxy, or model provider, and the Service does not include resale of raw model access.
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including runs initiated with your API keys. Workspaces on Enterprise plans may manage access through SSO and SCIM provisioning.
The Service is offered on the following plans. The pricing page is the authoritative description of current plans, limits, and prices.

You may cancel or downgrade at any time from the dashboard or by contacting nancy-sl@futurmix.one. Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable for partial periods.
You agree not to:
The Service, including its design, software, and documentation, is owned by Future Intelligence LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide the Service, and — consistent with our zero-retention architecture — only within the request lifecycle of each run. We do not store Customer Content after a run completes, and we do not use Customer Content to train models.
As between you and us, deliverables produced by agents from your Customer Content belong to you. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before relying on or distributing them (see Section 10).
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy and on our Security page. FuturOne operates a zero-retention architecture: workflow content does not persist beyond the request lifecycle, and audit logs record event metadata without content. A GDPR DPA is available for Team plans and above.
We engineer the Service to a 99.99% uptime target and publish live component status and incident history at futurmix.one/status.html. A contractual 99.99% SLA with service credits is included in Enterprise plans under the applicable order form. For other plans, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime. We may modify features of the Service, and will provide reasonable notice of material reductions in core functionality.
Features identified as beta or preview are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and are excluded from SLA commitments.
Agent deliverables are generated with frontier AI models and automated verification, and include confidence scores and citation trails where applicable. They may nonetheless contain errors or omissions. The Service is a tool that supports professional work; it does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and you are responsible for review by a qualified person before acting on any deliverable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Intelligence LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have paid no fees.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Intelligence LLC from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; because workflow content is not retained, there is no stored Customer Content to return or delete, and account data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 6, 10, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and by email to workspace administrators for changes affecting billing or data handling. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.
