By accessing or using the FuturMix Agent platform ("Service") operated by FutureMix Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

FuturMix provides an AI agent platform that enables enterprise teams to complete multi-step workflows across reasoning, creative, and coding tasks. The Service includes access to AI models, workflow orchestration, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by FutureMix Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. FuturMix operates a zero-retention architecture — enterprise data does not persist beyond the request lifecycle.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions. We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureMix Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
